      Microcircuit  14461 represents a pulse raising regulator of a voltage for a feed of low-voltage loadings. It can be used as basic component DC/DC of converters in portable and stationary electronic devices of household and industrial purpose. DC/DC converters on its basis have high efficiency - up to 80 %.

   The microcircuit will transform an entrance voltage 0,9..5 In to one of the days off — 3,3 In or 5 Century.

   The current of loading of a microcircuit can reach 100 <. It has the detector of an entrance voltage and a source of a basic voltage that allows to build accordingly in converters of a voltage on its basis effective system of protection and to receive high stability of a target voltage.

   The microcircuit is made on  technologies in 8-2K2>4=>< plastic DIP the case such as 2101.8A.

   Target voltage of a microcircuit (3,3 or 5 ) get out electric connection of its conclusion 3/5 (2K2. 2) accordingly to conclusion OUT (2K2. 6) or to general wire GND (2K2. 7).

   The basic electric characteristics are resulted in tab. 2.

   Variant of the practical circuit of the converter of a voltage on microcircuit  14461 (UOUT = 5 ) it is shown on fig. 2.

   To the circuit on fig. 2 it is necessary to make the following explanatories:

·        In quality VD1 diode Shotki is established. Use usual rectify diodes can lead to to decrease in efficiency of the converter and increase in voltage UINL.

·        By development of the printed-circuit-board of the converter it is necessary to take into account, that the length of conductors from throttle L1 and diode VD1 to a conclusion of a microcircuit 8 should be minimal.

·        To use the panel    for connection with a microcircuit it is not recommended.

·        Throttle L1 should have high good quality and is reeled up by a wire in diameter not less than 0,5 mm on the probe  the core.
